Our journey begins at Esentepe, offering panoramic views of the stunning Cappadocian landscape. Next, we explore the majestic Uchisar Castle, the highest point in the region, providing breathtaking vistas. We then visit the Göreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage site, showcasing ancient rock-cut churches and frescoes. Our adventure continues to Ortahisar Castle, known for its impressive rock formations. Afterwards, we marvel at the unique Pasabag Fairy Chimneys, also known as Monk’s Valley, famous for its mushroom-shaped rock formations. Finally, we wander through Devrent Valley, often called Imagination Valley, where the whimsical rock formations resemble various animals and shapes, sparking creativity and wonder. This morning, we start our adventure in Pigeon Valley, known for its stunning rock formations and pigeon houses carved into the cliffs. Next, we explore the vibrant Red Valley, famous for its breathtaking sunset views and unique red-hued rock formations. After visiting the ancient cave churches, we descend into one of Cappadocia’s fascinating underground cities, marveling at the intricate tunnels and rooms. Our journey continues to the charming village of Çavuşin, where we explore its historic rock-cut dwellings. Finally, we head to the town of Avanos, renowned for its traditional hand-made pottery, where we get a chance to learn about and even try our hand at this ancient craft. This itinerary promises a day full of discovery and cultural immersion!
Leaving Cappadocia we head south, towards Konya, along the ancient Silk Road, visiting Sultanhani Caravansary, just as the ancient traders did. Once in Konya we tour the Mevlana Museum and the mausoleum of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi.
We will drive to Laodicea which was the chief city of the Lycus River Valley region. The full name of the city was Laodicea ad Lyceum (Laodicea on the Lycus). The city was originally known as Diospolis ("the City of Zeus"). The Greek deity considered to be the greatest of the Olympian gods. After the visit to Laodicea we will depart to Hierapolis. Visit Pamukkale, cotton castles and Heirapolis, including magnificently preserved necropolis, the main steet, gates, thermal baths, the Greco Roman theatre and the Basilica of St. Philippe. Swim in a theraputic bath of hot spring mineral waters.
After breakfast, we will drive towards to Bodrum. We will start a half-day tour of Bodrum, starting with a stroll through the charming Bodrum Town. Explore the narrow streets lined with whitewashed houses, local shops, and vibrant cafés. Head to the Bodrum Museum of Underwater Archaeology, located in the impressive Bodrum Castle, where you can discover fascinating artifacts from ancient shipwrecks and underwater excavations. Enjoy stunning views of the Aegean Sea from the castle's towers. Conclude your tour with a leisurely walk along the waterfront, soaking in the lively atmosphere and scenic beauty of Bodrum's coastline.

Explore the ancient city of Ephesus, where you can walk along the well-preserved colonnaded Arcadian Way, a grand street that once connected the harbor to the city center. Visit Hadrian’s Temple, an exquisite example of Roman architecture, and the Celsus Library, a stunning structure that once housed thousands of scrolls. Step back in time today as we continue on to Bergama and up to the magnificent acropolis of Pergamon. Its impressive temples and library made it a renowned cultural and political centre in its time. We continue on and visit Troy where we will explore the ancient city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the new, award winning, Troy Museum.
We will do a tour of Gallipoli. The World War I battlefields of Gallipoli, now a serene site, offer a poignant glimpse into history. Visit the Lone Pine Australian Memorial and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial, ANZAC Cove, Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, and Ari Burnu Cemetery. Explore Johnston’s Jolly, where you’ll see original Allied and Turkish trenches and tunnels, the 57th Regiment Turkish Memorial, and The Nek. After this immersive experience, return to Istanbul in the evening. This tour provides a deep understanding of the sacrifices made during the Gallipoli campaign.
